Base path can support several uses cases including versioning or a base path that is used common in several micro-servies. Base url also supports path variables

Health

API end point to report health for monitoring in

Dependencies Health

Provides health metrics of dependent components in

http://<hostname>:8081/actuator

Open API

Open API documentation is avialable out of the box for a spring boot app, it can be turned on / off via this settings.

Swagger 3 / Open API is available in

http://localhost:8080/swagger-ui/index.html
